This year, we decided to ditch the usual turkey in favor of a French-themed feast.  Here’s the menu:

• Game Hens with Lemon & Rosemary
• Beef Bourguignon
• Pommes Purée
• Bourbon-glazed Carrots

Okay… perhaps French-themed is a stretch, but it will definitely make a nice change from turkey!
